Terms of Service

We provide virtual assistance and business support services as agreed with each client. The scope of work will be outlined prior to commencement and may be adjusted by mutual agreement.

Our standard working hours are:

We aim to respond to all communications within 24 working hours. Communication is typically carried out via email, WhatsApp, or agreed platforms.

• All services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Payments are typically collected via Direct Debit or invoice
• Any outstanding payments beyond agreed terms may result in services being paused

Where applicable:

• A £60 administrative fee may be applied to overdue accounts
• Additional hours outside agreed packages will be charged at the agreed hourly rate

• Clients may request changes to services with reasonable notice
• Ongoing services may require a minimum notice period (as agreed at onboarding)
• One-off services are non-refundable once work has commenced

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely access to systems, information, and materials required
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date
• Responding within reasonable timeframes to avoid delays

We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information without consent, unless required by law.

While we take care in delivering our services, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from delays or third-party systems

We reserve the right to terminate services where:

• Payment terms are not met
• There is a breakdown in communication or working relationship

Clients may also terminate services in line with agreed notice periods.
