Alex began her Virtual Assistance career in 2023 and, just one year later, took the leap to run her own business in 2024. Since then, she has secured contracts with companies across the UK, supporting business owners in a variety of industries.
Her career path has been anything but ordinary. After leaving school, Alex worked within various healthcare organisations before going on to study a BSc in Psychology, Health and Counselling, graduating with a 2:1. She was then awarded a fully funded scholarship at Edge Hill University to complete her MSc in Sport, Physical Activity and Mental Health.
During this time, Alex dedicated herself to voluntary projects, working with young carers, adults with mental health challenges, and delivering community initiatives across Lancashire. Her work spanned charities, schools, colleges, and workplaces - all with the goal of improving mental and physical wellbeing.
Alex’s passion for health also led her to gain a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training and Group Exercise, working in gyms and running outdoor sessions to help women build confidence in physical activity. She also spent time working in the beauty industry, offering treatments such as facials and microdermabrasion.
Her adventurous spirit then took her travelling, visiting Thailand, China, Hong Kong, and multiple European countries, before returning to the UK to work in the heating industry - first as a Client Services Manager, and later as an Assistant Director. During this time, she achieved her Level 3 ILM qualification in Team Leadership and Management.
Now, combining her professional skills with her love for helping others, Alex has found her true calling in Virtual Assistance. Supporting women and business owners has always been at the heart of what she does - whether in the community or behind the scenes in business.
With a work ethos built around freedom, wellbeing, and efficiency, Alex has created a business that gives both her and her clients more time, more headspace, and more opportunities to focus on what truly matters.
Her mission is simple: to help as many business owners as possible achieve the freedom they deserve.
